Running Tour Packages Registration
Terms & Conditions
- Successfully registered for the 2027 Standard Chartered Taipei Charity Marathon in any race category. Each
successful registration entitles the participant to one entry in the lucky draw.
- Prizes include a Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon Running Tour Package or a Standard Chartered
Hanoi Marathon Running Tour Package, including race entry. The final prize details, departure dates, and
itinerary will be subject to the organiser’s official announcement.
- Winners will be announced on the official event website or Standard Chartered Taipei Charity Marathon
Facebook page before race day. Winners will also be contacted directly by email and telephone.
- Winners are required to visit the event counter in person by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, 10 January 2027, to
complete the required prize claim and verification procedures. Any prize not claimed by the stated deadline
will be deemed forfeited.
Important Notes
- The lucky draw is open to participants regardless of nationality or place of residence. However, all
flights included will depart from and return to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
- The prize includes flights, accommodation, and entry to either the Full Marathon or Half Marathon. Prizes
may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or substituted for other products. In the
event that the stated prize cannot be provided due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the organiser’s
control, the organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value.
- Winners must provide the required information and complete the prize-claim procedures by the deadlines
specified by the organiser. Failure to participate in the trip due to personal circumstances will be deemed
forfeited.
- Winners are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport, visa, and any other documents
required for entry into the destination country. The winner will be solely responsible for any inability to
travel or enter the destination due to personal documentation issues.
- Any winner who requests a refund for their 2027 Standard Chartered Taipei Charity Marathon registration
before race day will automatically forfeit their eligibility for the prize. No replacement draw will be
conducted.
- For prizes valued at NT$1,000 or above, winners must present their race bib and a valid form of
identification (ID card, driver’s licence, or passport) when claiming the prize for verification purposes.
Failure to provide the required documents will be deemed forfeited.
- In accordance with the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), prizes awarded through this lucky
draw are subject to applicable income tax withholding and reporting requirements. The organiser will process
tax withholding and reporting in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of
China (Taiwan).
- Any winner who declines to fulfil the applicable tax obligations will be deemed to have
forfeited the prize.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Any matters
not covered herein shall be governed by the latest announcements published on the official Standard
Chartered Taipei Charity Marathon website or Facebook page.
